The highly anticipated Qatar Airways Qsuite makes its American debut on flights to and from New York (JFK) and Washington, D.C. (IAD), starting Dec. 16 and Jan. 16, respectively.
The Qsuite features the first-ever double bed available in business class, and private cabins suitable for up to four passengers, thanks to adjustable privacy panels and movable TV monitors. The new capabilities are the first of its kind for the air travel industry and add a new level of customization to the flight experience.

This product will transform premium international travel by bringing a first-class experience to the business-class cabin. With this innovative offering — which features the first-ever double bed in business class — we have set a new standard for the industry, one which demonstrates our continued commitment to providing the finest possible experience for our passengers,” said Günter Saurwein, vice president for the Americas, Qatar Airways.
The debut coincides with Qatar Airways’ 10th anniversary of service to the United States.
