Preferred Hotel Group, Inc. announces the launch of Beyond Green. Beyond Green is an innovative hospitality brand debuting with a global portfolio of 24 founding member hotels, resorts and lodges that lead the way in sustainable tourism.
Beyond Green brings together forward-thinking properties around the world committed to delivering on three main pillars: environmentally friendly practices that go beyond the basics; protection of natural and cultural heritage; and contributing to the social and economic wellbeing of local communities. The platform will support member properties with global connectivity, distribution technology and marketing, as well as sales, quality assurance, branding and sustainability solutions.
Some of the 24 founding members include &Beyond Bateleur Camp, Ashford Castle, Borgo Pignano, Bushmans Kloof, Post Ranch Inn, The Brando, Turtle Inn, Wilderness Safaris DumaTau Camp and Xigera Safari Lodge. To be considered for membership, a property must demonstrate leadership in the three key pillars and show progress in meeting more 50 sustainability indicators. The indicators align with global sustainable tourism standards and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
