Paul Gauguin Cruises announced a complimentary Yoga & Wellness program for guests on the April 13 Cook Islands and Society Islands sailing on m/s Paul Gauguin. The program is part of the cruise line’s Themed Enriched Voyages and will include morning sun salutations on the deck, beach yoga on the line’s private motu, workshops and more.

Dr. Sarah Rothman and Tammy Gibson host the 11-night cruise. Rothman is a Board Licensed Naturopath with expertise in the integration of Eastern and Western Medicine, and Gibson is a leading yoga instructor specialized in intentional movement and mindfulness.

- Beach yoga session on Motu Mahana/Taha’a private islet
- Posture Workshop on spinal movement
