If you’ve been searching for a scaled-down version of a classic car to race around your private estate, you’re in luck: The Little Car Company — based in the United Kingdom — is the global leader in the production of iconic cars that are fully operational, 75 percent scale models of the original.
Choices include the limited-edition Bugatti Baby II, a throwback to the small, working replica of a Bugatti Type 35 built by Ettore Bugatti for his son in 1926. The current Bugatti Baby II is an all-electric replica created using a full 3-D scan of an original French Grand Prix vehicle. And, thanks to The Little Car Company’s configuration process, your car can be customized just for you.

“When you get behind the wheel of an iconic car, such as the Bugatti Baby II, it’s made all the much sweeter when you know your purchase has been personalized to your own specific, inimitable taste,” said Ben Hedley, CEO, The Little Car Company. “And with the launch of our new configurator, the personalization process that we offer our customers has been made even more immersive, detailed and bespoke.”
Completely hand-built, each Bugatti Baby is embellished with a genuine, solid silver Bugatti Macaron, featuring Novice, Expert and Speed Key driving modes with a choice of three models (Base, Vitesse and Pur Sang). All are built with rear-wheel drive, high-performance brakes, electric powertrain and selectable driving modes.

“Our team has worked hard to ensure that customers can truly enjoy the process of choosing and designing their Bugatti Baby II, and our new AR configurator allows customers this pleasure all from the comfort of their own home, or wherever they chose to view their prospective Bugatti Baby II in-situ,” added Hedley. “We believe that we’ve created an end-to-end process that ensures customers will derive as much pleasure from the creation of their car as they get from driving it.”
If Bugatti isn’t your cup of tea, you can order a Ferrari Testa Rossa J, a scaled version of the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa; or an Aston Martin DB5 Junior. Only 500 limited-edition Bugatti Baby IIs, 299 Ferrari Testa Rossa Js and 1,059 Aston Martin DB5 Juniors will be built.
