Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay launched The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay, a place for those in the know, perfect for hotel guests, locals and island visitors alike to discover an exclusive space.
Enjoy sundowners while taking in unparalleled views across sparkling Talamanca Bay and the old town of Dalt Vila, making it one of the best places in Ibiza to watch the sunset and moonrise.

Following a pre-opening evening, attended by model Vanessa Breuer, designer Charo Ruiz and Chef Nobu San himself, The Rooftop by Ibiza Bay officially launched, open from 7 p.m., Thursday–Sunday.
No two nights are the same. Guests could be watching fireworks over San Juan, basking in the light of the full moon or looking out over flickering bonfires on the beach. Guests can also enjoy specialty cocktails crafted by mixologist Pernod Ricard, such as the Blushing Gin Sour and Gronis in the Vineyard, as well as an impressive wine selection and Champagne Perrier Jouët.

Each night features a different theme, making every visit an unforgettable one. Experiences include:
- Live Music Nights — Bay Unplugged: Every Thursday night, soak up the sunset while jamming out to live music
