Originally constructed 30 years ago, the private villa’s new design showcases a color palette that blends seamlessly in gradations throughout the rooms, inspired by the pop art of Andy Warhol and the Velvet Underground.

The two-bedroom villa’s master bedroom, with its hand-painted headboard, opens onto a wide deck above tropical gardens filled with orchids, bamboo and locust trees — where sugarbirds and hummingbirds flit through the ever-present blooms. Besides a mini-pool for swimming, there are plenty of spaces to dine, sunbathe and relax in the shade. In addition to top-of-the-line appliances and electronics indoors, classic Polaroid cameras, newly transformed into art pieces, are featured throughout the rooms. Perfect for practicing that close-up.
