Luxury boutique hotel group Auberge Resort Collection opens Chileno Bay Resorts & Residences later this year. Set to open in December but already booked through next March, the property is a restoration and remodel of the prior VieVage Los Cabos. Guests choose from three dining options, including the signature restaurant featuring fresh seafood, a beachside taco bar and a poolside lunch counter.
