The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue ends the year on a high note with the announcement of a new name, presidential suite and spa.

The hotel, formerly known as Langham Place, New York, wraps up a successful year with the unveiling of a brand-new presidential suite by French retailer Roche Bobois, and a new full-service spa, Chuan Body + Soul.

The new name brings the hotel’s affiliation closer to the Langham Hospitality Group’s luxury flagship hotel and namesake in London, and the three existing hotels in the United States — The Langham, Boston; The Langham, Chicago; and The Langham, Huntington, Pasadena.

Upcoming hotels will also bear The Langham name — The Langham, Wade Park, opening outside of Dallas in 2019; and The Langham, San Francisco, premiering in the Soma neighborhood in 2020.

This year saw the completion of a year-long renovation at the hotel, followed by the unveiling of the new presidential suite, located on the 27th floor. The newly opened full-service spa and fitness center offer a comprehensive menu of skincare, massage and body treatments.
