Part of YTL Hotel’s collection of extraordinary properties, the boutique hotel revealed a newly redesigned reception area for the 2016 season, created by Parisian designer Philippe Xerri with plenty of natural wood furnishings, a mill-inspired vibe and turquoise tones that reflect the nearby sea. The heavenly main pool — referred to as a water salon — is surrounded by cabanas and loungers. Spa treatments and massages are delivered in the comfort and privacy of your suite, with products created using an essential oil distillation process known as the hydrolat technique that suspends miniscule drops of oil in water. Each of the 14 individually designed suites is named for a famous muse, with its own private terrace or garden. Additionally, some suites also have their own plunge pool. For dining, guests need wander no further than M restaurant, where dinner includes fresh seafood dishes such as lobster prepared with yuzu jelly, petals of black radish and an emulsion of citrus fruits.
