Located on Lake Montauk, at the tip of Long Island’s South Fork peninsula in New York, the Club — now under the management of Proper Hospitality — opened the 2024 season with a new suite and exciting line-up of programming. Today’s guests can book the new suite designed by celebrity designer Billy Cotton, featuring an emerald green and white color palette offset by dark wood and checkerboard tiles.

Spread across 16 acres along the waterfront on Star Island, the resort dates to 1928 and is home to the largest marina in the Hamptons. That means plenty in the way of water-based activities: amenities include a house fleet of electric X Shore Boats, two outdoor waterfront pools and a private beach with access to paddleboards.

Through Sept. 1, guests are invited to book a wellness treatment at Cabana & Spa by Sisley Paris, available Monday–Thursday. Relaxing, restorative choices include the hour-long Indulgent Black Rose facial and 70- or 90-minute Zen Body Wrap, a full-body exfoliation that also utilizes botanicals in a hydrating head-to-toe mask. A selection of treatment add-ons include SmartGoggles, a heated eye and temple massage; scalp massage; reflexology; and Theragun Percussion, a device-led rhythmic massage experience.

There’s also nightly live music with local and national artists, and nosh from The Galley — summer fare such as crispy smash burgers and chilled lobster rolls from renowned Chef Jarad McCarroll served dockside, or that can also be enjoyed from the comfort of a nearby hammock.
