In order to reimagine and optimize guests’ user experiences, Millennium Hotels and Resorts launched a mobile app.
The app encourages engagement from loyal Millennium guests throughout the world. Guests can book multiple, or single, rooms through the app. Guests who belong to the MyMillennium rewards program are eligible for 10 per cent off bookings made through the app.
The app encourages seamless integration across multiple channels, like the chain’s internet presence and app.
“This is the first time Millennium Hotels and Resorts has ever launched a truly global, integrated app for our customers. We want to offer our guests a seamless, convenient option for booking hotel rooms, anytime, anywhere,” said Howard Wu, president of North America and chief technology and solutions officer, Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
“MullenLowe Profero’s approach was to first develop a unique understanding of our customers and path to purchase, in order to develop all aspects of the experience. Through partnering with them, we have been able to create something that I believe will be well received by our customers around the world,” Wu went on.
The app is available on iOS and Android. Additional features will come to the app as 2018 progresses, Millennium says.
