Situated on Xpu Ha beach, this four-bedroom villa also includes Maya Luxe daily concierge services. Complete with seven terraces, a fully equipped bar and two private palapas, this villa accommodates up to eight guests.

Overlooking Soliman Bay, Villa Semilla is one of Maya Luxe’s most-requested homes, with five spacious guestrooms, as well as a master suite boasting its own plunge pool. Villa Semilla includes a full-time staff, chef and housekeeping services. Available for up to 14 guests, this villa provides privacy and a natural sanctuary to best enjoy the beach, with a rooftop terrace offering unparalleled views of the bay and mangrove jungle.

This villa lies in the hotel zone of Cancún and is one of MayaLuxe’s largest properties, accommodating more than 30 guests. Located across from Isla Mujeres, the villa offers all of the services expected from Maya Luxe, as well as eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and oceanfront balconies.

Within walking distance of Playa’s iconic pedestrian-only 5th Avenue, Kin Ich accommodates up to 20 guests across seven bedrooms. This private villa oasis boasts three master bedrooms overlooking the ocean, as well as bedrooms with garden views, a bar and lounge, gym, home theater and infinity pool.
Built like a traditional colonial hacienda, Palancar features its own helicopter landing pad; a full-time chef, butler and waiters; and daily housekeeping services. Available for up to 18 guests, this nine-bedroom villa lies on more than half a mile of beach and spans 86 acres. The self-sustaining and energy-efficient estate sees underground cisterns fed by rainwater provide filtered and portable water. The villa also includes the largest array of solar panels in private hands in Mexico.
As part of Maya Luxe’s commitment to helping the environment and local communities, the company launched RISE, a philanthropy project focused on sustainability, community and education. One percent of all sales goes toward RISE. Additionally, Maya Luxe works with initiatives like Change for Change and Trash for Cash, as well as local indigenous communities.
The company buses tourists to local villages where they can have a meal and buy gifts from tribes, like handmade soaps, sunscreens and blankets. Maya Luxe also sends local businesses tourist activities like jungle ATV tours to bring business to the surrounding region and promote the area’s beauty and culture.
