2 cups spinach

1 cup coconut water

1 ripe pear, peeled and cored

½ cup frozen mango

½ avocado

2 tablespoons hemp hearts

1 teaspoon acai powder

1 teaspoon camu powder

1 banana, frozen

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
