The Londoner opens June 2020 in London’s West End as the world’s first “super boutique” hotel. The Londoner is planned as a property that’s boutique in style and feel, but actually quite large with 350 guestrooms, including 35 suites. The new concept is intended to meet the needs of corporate travelers while setting new standards for sustainability, design and culture.

Beyond the guestrooms, the property promises many private and public spaces, a rooftop bar, expansive event space, a luxury spa and two private screening rooms. The property is a new build and is expected to open as one of the greenest hotels in the United Kingdom.
