Salt Lake City, Utah, offers travelers two new reasons to visit in 2023: Le Méridien Salt Lake City Downtownand Element Salt Lake City Downtown. Both open in mid-January 2023. The new openings mark the first dual-pad property in the city, as well as the first Le Méridien and Element combination of Marriott brands. Le Méridien Salt Lake City Downtown will be the first Le Méridien property in Utah.

Le Méridien Salt Lake City Downtown features 144 guestrooms and suites, and Element Salt Lake City Downtown features 126 guestrooms and suites. The dual-pad property’s signature restaurant, Adelaide, serves French- and New Orleans-inspired dishes. For a more casual dining experience, head to Van Ryder, the first full-scale hotel rooftop establishment in Salt Lake City. There is also a rooftop fitness center complete with an outdoor pool, cardio machines, strength equipment and Peloton bikes.

There are two meeting spaces and one pre-function area comprising the 8,355 square feet of meeting and event space. The properties are located about 6 miles from the airport, adjacent to Vivint Arena (home of the Utah Jazz NBA team) and steps away from Salt Palace Convention Center.
Opening rates start at $219 for Le Meridien Salt Lake City Downtown and $189 for Element Salt Lake City Downtown.
