Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, announced the development of the brand’s first property in Orlando, Florida, slated to open in early 2027. The new, 261-room hotel will span 11 floors and feature a full-service restaurant and lobby bar, café, pool bar and pool lounge.
The property will include more than 16,000 square feet of indoor meeting space as well asperks like Kimpton Kickstart morning coffee and tea service, Kimpton Social every evening, a “Forgot It? We’ve Got It!” program, in-room yoga mats and pet-friendly policies.
Situated on an 8-acre site, the new hotel will be located adjacent to Kia Center arena as part of Westcourt’s new mixed-used sports and entertainment development. Westcourt will include retail space dedicated to providing best-in-class dining and entertainment, a live event venue and multiple meeting spaces.
