Following the lead of competing hospitality brands, Hyatt unveiled The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The properties within this portfolio will maintain individuality and autonomy while taking advantage of all Hyatt offers its loyal customers, similar to what travelers find at Starwood’s Tribute Portfolio or Hilton’s Curio Collection. All members of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection will be existing upscale, luxury properties to suit a variety of tastes, whether guests are looking for a historic, modern boutique, urban or other type of experience.

The first properties to be added to the collection include The Driskill in Austin, Texas; Hôtel du Louvre in Paris; and Carmelo Resort & Spa in Uruguay. Coco Palms in Kaua’i, Hawai’i, will also be added, following major renovations lasting through early 2018. Hyatt Gold Passport members will enjoy all of the same perks at these renowned properties as they do at all other Hyatt locations.
