Settled on the Caldera cliffs of Santorini, the hotel Mystique prepares to open for the spring season with a continued partnership with OPO, a wellness and technology studio. For the second season, OPO enhanced the serene surroundings of Mystique to create a new immersive mind and body experience. The experience features bespoke meditation sessions and nutritional tips from a new menu co-created by the hotel’s head chef Oliver Campaanha and nutritional therapist Eve Kalink.

The program draws inspiration from the tranquility of the resort and the growing desire of wellness travel. The resort founders Kalia and Antonis Eliopoulos always strived to ensure their guests are completely relaxed and immersed into their surroundings. This goal acts as the basis of their partnership with Chris Connors, founder, OPO.
Kalia and Chris constantly change the programs offered in order to teach participants how to live a more relaxed and active lifestyle while also improving the human’s mind and gut. Guests can join the OPO journey into sound and mindful exploration by daily meditation programs, allowing guests to connect with the serene surroundings of Mystique.

The Choose Your Journey meditation program balances the physical, mental and emotional states of mind. This is split into six sessions, including Santorini Calling, Morning Rise, Daytime Chill, Evening Reflections, Night Sky and Memories of Santorini. These sessions seek to revive the wellness spirit within as the neutrally enhancing soundscapes and breathing techniques support you. There will also be separate four- to 12-minute sessions for those new to meditation, as well as six inspiring podcast episodes.
Chris Connors, OPO founder, and guest Eve Kalink will stay at Mystique from April 29 to May 2 to demonstrate this retreat in person. The two-day retreat will focus on the practice of eating consciously and mindfully, as well as OPO meditations and sound baths to help generate wellness throughout the whole body.
