Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman is slated to debut May 8. Ahead of its highly anticipated opening, the resort from IHG Hotels & Resorts and Dart Properties announces its diverse restaurant and bar offerings.
“Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman represents a winning blend of refined and local flavor, providing guests with an unforgettable experience,” said Steven Andre, general manager, Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman. “Our goal in our culinary program is to create a destination that breaks away from traditional dining formats by offering an explorative and non-linear experience for our guests and locals alike.”
Award-winning chef Massimo De Francesca oversees the resort’s culinary program and food hall concept. Designed for guests and locals alike, dining options include:

Bata Bar
This poolside dining outlet boasts Caribbean-inspired cocktails and coastal California cuisine.
Café Alula
Situated between the lobby and food hall, this all-day coffee shop offers fresh-pressed juice, coffee, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches and snacks.
Catalina Bar & Lounge
This all-day restaurant highlights seasonal fare inspired by California cuisine, with small plates, larger dishes and a diverse beverage program.
