The legacy of renowned Indonesian architect/designer Hendra Hadiprana is being honored by his family with the launch of Hadiprana Hospitality, a collection of four exceptional properties (three currently available and one upcoming) showcasing and preserving the country’s rich cultural traditions and art while celebrating Hadiprana’s dedication to sustainability and authenticity. Hendra’s daughter, Puri Hadiprana, leads the company.

Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana is comprised of 24 suites and villas that embrace the nature of Bali’s highlands. Surrounded by rice fields and featuring works of Balinese art from Hendra’s own collection, the resort includes a spa with local, holistic treatments and therapies, and dining at The Tempayan, under the direction of Singapore native, Executive Chef Dean Nor. Experiences include a private tour with an expert to access the property’s exquisite art collection, along with the option of ballooning adventures, guided treks and romantic outdoor picnics.

Once a private holiday home for the Hadiprana family, Dua Dari is located in the rainforest bordering the Petanu River near Ubud. This property offers four one-bedroom residences with views of the valley or jungle. Each is decorated with antiques and bespoke art pieces gathered from the islands of Indonesia. Personal butler services are available.

Located in South Jakarta, Rumah Prapanca is a luxurious private residence with chandeliers designed by Hendra Hadiprana himself, teakwood ceilings, and a terrace and swimming pool overlooking landscaped gardens. Travelers can also look forward to the opening of Bandarindu, a Hotel by Hadiprana, housed within the architect’s own former Bali holiday retrea, scheduled to open in late 2026.
