Once you’ve polished off dessert (think smoked macadamia an chocolate tart, green tea & calamansi opera, or Executive Pastry Chef Dominic Fortin’s signature nitro ice cream), you’ll head back down the mountain via Canada’s longest ziplines. Dress warm and bring your mittens: The four ziplines, positioned side by side, measure more than one kilometer (about 2/3 of a mile) in length and soar 600 feet above the surface of the snow.
