Guided meditation sessions help with focus and intentions, while Energizer Breaks help you stay energized and engaged with yoga and stretching sessions appropriate for all fitness levels.

Private wellness classes can also be arranged, and groups of up to 30 guests can kick off their day with an escorted run or walk through the city.
