Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita guests now enjoy a brand-new dramatic restaurant concept, Dos Catrinas. Set on the resort’s 400 secluded acres, the new restaurant is a two-story space with ocean views. The menu is regionally inspired and combines traditional Mexican dining with street food, contemporary techniques and modern cocktails in a unique blend of Mexican past and present.

Signature dishes include grilled beef tlayuda with handmade Oaxacan tortillas, spicy mocha sauce and melted cheese. The dessert menu is whimsical, with decadent bites like chocolate lollipops.

The wine list features Mexican winemakers based all around the world. The restaurant also bottles its own mescal and offers a juice bar for make-your-own beverages.

“Dos Catrinas celebrates Mexico’s different gastronomic regions,” said Chef Jorge González.
