Robert Caplin and Peter Lockley, both renowned photographers, will be offering a photographic adventure for guests at Four Seasons Resort Maui this summer, June 14–19. The program was a great success in 2015 and will again teach aspiring photographers through a series of on-location shoots, instruction, critique and group editing. One-on-one assistance from the professionals will be provided as photographers work with their own cameras. There will also be chances to network with other like-minded individuals in a comfortable setting.

“Participants will come away with a better understanding of light, composition, exposure, production, editing and printing,” said Lockley. The photographer’s work can be seen in the Washington Times, where he is the chief sports photographer, as well as in ESPN the Magazine.

Caplin’s resume includes work for the New York Times, National Geographic, Sports Illustrated, TIME and Newsweek. He has also acted as photographer for such celebrities as Barry Manilow and Justin Bieber.

Canon will be the expedition’s official sponsor and will host a lounge for expedition participants to try the latest Canon photography products valued at $250,000. Other sponsors include Adorama, Tenba and Alii Nui.

Pricing for the expedition begins at $6,990, including a five-night stay in an ocean-view room.
