Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown hosts a new and inspiring collaboration with some of New York City’s top chefs and restauranteurs. Four Seasons executive chef Maria Tampakis chose the city’s most legendary chefs to team with, bringing the flavor of New York City’s best dishes from the restaurant to the room.
“We love New York’s food scene, the creativity our chefs bring to the city is electric,” said Thomas Carreras, general manager, Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. “Our new chef collaboration celebrates the spirit of the city by creating a platform for artisans to come together and play while offering our guests experiences that are authentically New York.”
The series enhances the in-room dining experience, with a menu that rotates every two months. Chefs come from all over the city, such as Danny Meyer’s Blue Smoke and Chef Stefano Secchi’s Michelin-starred Rezdôra. Executive Chef Bret Lunsford of Danny’s Blue Smoke begins the series with a Southern-inspired menu for June and July. The four signature dishes include deviled eggs, fried chicken and biscuits, mac and cheese and key lime pie.
The series then continues through the rest of 2022 and into 2023. August to September, Chef Leah Cohen of Pig and Khao takes the lead, followed by Chef Anthony Ricco of Andrew Carmellini’s Leucca from October to November. The series wraps up from December 2022 to January 2023 with Chef Stefano Secchi of Rezdôra.
