In 2026, Jacksonville, Florida, will finally be home to its first 5-star hotel: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. Together with Shahid Khan and Iguana Investments Florida LLC, the Four Seasons property will play a vital role in the ongoing effort to revitalize downtown Jacksonville.

The hotel will sit on the banks of St. Johns River in Jacksonville Shipyards, adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future, a reimagined EverBank Stadium home to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Spanning 170 guestrooms and suites and 26 private residences, the property will also be home to four dining and lounge outlets, including a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, all-day restaurant, pool bar and grill, and lobby bar.

In addition to a variety of food and beverage venues, the new property will also feature a world-class spa, multiple outdoor pools with cabana service, expansive meeting and event space, and a well-appointed gym. Kids will have access to the celebrated Kids for All Seasons Program, complete with dedicated and immersive activities for younger guests.

Guests and locals will also have access to the redeveloped marina offering experiences along the St. Johns River.

Jacksonville Shipyards will also undergo changes and additions on top of the new Four Seasons property. A revamped, full-service marina; reinvigorated Metropolitan Park; public park; and office building is also in the works.
