Explora Journeys recently unveiled its Explora Club, a new loyalty program for its discerning guests. Explora Club’s five-level structure is seamless and intuitive, as each level includes a collection of benefits, like priority access and exclusive savings. Factors contributing to levels include weighted nights at sea, multiplied by suite category; Destination Experiences purchased pre-cruise or onboard; and eligible onboard spending, including Ocean Wellness, culinary experiences and beverages, laundry, and purchases at The Journey boutique.

These small curated moments of delight may include a personalized welcome on board (Classic onward), exclusive welcome gift, signature loyalty delight, birthday surprise (Silver onward) and surprise ritual turndown service (Gold onward).
Journey Experience Credit and Value Savings
Rewards and exclusive savings are available across Ocean Wellness, Destination Experiences and future journeys, as well as exclusive access to Explora Club Member offers (Classic onward), savings at The Journey boutique, value savings on future journeys (Silver onward), Journey Experience Credit for Ocean Wellness and Destination Experiences (Platinum onward), and a complimentary week-long journey for two (Diamond).

This includes priority access and dedicated assistance to programs like the new journey collections, dedicated Explora Club Members area on explorajourneys.com (Classic onward), priority assistance at Explora Experience Centre (Silver onward), private airport transfer and complimentary suite upgrade (Diamond).
Exclusive Events
Intimate hosted gatherings designed to connect guests, these may include an invitation to an exclusive cocktail party with ship leadership (Silver onward) and a President Journey experience and complimentary culinary experience (Diamond).
Elevated Onboard Services
Enhanced comfort and thoughtful touches include personalized welcome from the General Manager (Silver onward), complimentary laundry bag (Gold onward), priority reservation for onboard services, behind-the-scenes tour to the bridge and engine room (Platinum onward), and a private shopping experience outside of boutique opening hours (Diamond).

Explora Club’s Status Match welcomes guests holding loyalty status with other luxury cruise programs into Explora Club with equivalent level recognition. By July 2025, a My Explora area will display benefits and level status.
