On April 6, Exodus Travels launched its first-ever Premium collection to provide adventure travelers with more comfort, luxury and expert guides. With first-rate accommodations, exclusive access and more upscale dining and experiences, Premium Adventures consists of a selection of Exodus Travels’ classic adventure-based experiences, now more elevated than ever before.

Premium Adventures includes extra-special stays to showcase the beauty of each destination; expert-named local leaders who uncover the best of a destination’s food, activities and local legends; and rewilding projects and conservation efforts integrated in each trip.

The featured Premium Adventure, Walking the Ancient Trails of Cappadocia, takes travelers down the ancient pathways of Turkey. The trip also features one of the most unique accommodations in the world, at Yunak Evleri Cavel Hotel, a site with rooms dating back to the fifth century. In the daytime, expert leader and poet Semih Eser guides guests through landscapes of rock towers and valleys, as well as atop sea cliffs. In addition to practicing calligraphy, this tour includes a hot-air balloon ride over the chimney-strewn region.

Guests wanting to venture to Asia can take part in Premium Cycling Vietnam, another of Exodus Travels’ newest tours. Cycling from Saigon to Hanoi, guests will travel on tarmac roads through fishing villages, folding rice terraces and jungle-covered mountains. The tour also allocates time for guests to relax on the beaches of a tropical island at MerPerle Hon Tam Resort. The cycling trip incorporates some of the history of the country into the tour, bringing guests through the ancient trading port of Hoi An to see the many temples and the port city’s unique architecture. In addition to ascending Hai Van Pass, twisting coastal roads and remarkable views of limestone cliffs of Ha Long Bay await.

Wine enthusiasts can also rejoice with the all-new Walking & Wine with Magdalena Patacho tour in Portugal. Not only will guests learn the history of Portugal’s vineyards and wineries, but guests will also experience the city of Porto and the Basto and Douro wine regions with award-winning guide Magdalena Patacho. The Lisbon native has spent the last 10 years guiding expeditions across the world for museums, and her knowledge of Portugal and its wineries holds great promise.
