For the third consecutive year, The Yeatman, a Relais & Châteaux luxury wine hotel in Porto, Portugal, will host Route of the Stars. This year’s event showcases a cast of 14 top international chefs paying tribute to haute cuisine and Portuguese wines.
Route of the Stars, which is held in various top restaurants throughout Portugal, unites Michelin-starred chefs from around the world. Each event enables guests to experience the cuisine of acclaimed chefs and taste a variety of dishes at the highest gastronomic level in a single meal. The moveable feast also offers chefs to showcase their talents and inspire creativity with unique meals in exclusive venues and destinations.
This year’s Route of the Stars runs for three nights, June 5–7, and features the talents of seven Portuguese chef and seven chefs from other countries around the world. The roster includes:
- Dine With The Chefs (June 5): Guests indulge in a tasting menu with one of the chefs seated at each table. Portuguese wines from leading producers are paired with each course.
- Kitchen Party (June 6): An action-packed evening during which chefs “show cook” right in the dining room.
- Grand Finale (June 7): Michelin two-starred chefs Dieter Koschina (Restaurant Vila Joya, Algarve, Portugal) and Erlantz Gorostiza (Restaurant MB, Tenerife) join Michelin three-star Chef Juan Amador (Restaurant Amador, Mannheim, Germany) for an evening that promises to provide gastronomy and wines at their highest level.
