Emirates begins daily flights between Dubai (DXB) and London Stansted (STN) June 8, 2018, as the first Middle Eastern airline to operate out of the airport. The airport’s location near technology and pharmaceutical hubs in Cambridge and Peterborough make it a frequent choice for business travelers, particularly as the area becomes home to an increasing number of large corporations. Stansted is likened to Silicon Valley and San Francisco as a top global knowledge region.

The new, three-class Boeing 777-300ER operates the daily route, with six seats in first class, 42 in business and 306 in economy. First class features Emirates’ new, fully enclosed private suites.

Flights depart Dubai at 9:30 a.m., arriving in London Stansted at 2:10 p.m. Return flights depart at 9:20 p.m., arriving back in Dubai at 7:05 a.m. the next day.

The service ups Emirates’ Dubai–London flights to 10 daily, combined with flights to Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW).
