Business class on EL AL Israel Airlines now features newly upgraded bed-like seats and economy class plus offers more comfort for excellent value. Both of these offerings are available on EL AL flights departing the United States.
“We continuously strive to provide additional options and improvements, maximum comfort, as well as superb in-flight service,” said Shmuel Kuzi, vice president and general manager, North and Central America, EL AL. “This is part of our ongoing strategy to further enrich the overall passenger experience.”
Newly upgraded bed-like seats in business class are currently featured on Boeing 777 flights used on the New York (JFK and EWR) and Los Angeles (LAX) routes as well as Boeing 767 aircraft from Boston (BOS), in addition to the 747-400s servicing New York routes. The ergonomic bed-like seats have increased seat pitch and width, additional leg support and redesigned upholstery provide even more comfort.
Economy Class Plus, which offers additional legroom and seat recline as well as a wider seat cushion for an additional $150 per person (each way), is also available from every EL AL U.S. gateway.
