Expedition travel company Aurora Expeditions recently released its 2024/2025 Antarctic program, with 25 voyages ranging nine to 23 days. The itineraries bring guests to Antarctic Peninsula, Falkland Islands, South Georgia and the Chilean Fjords.

“We just completed a hugely successful 2022-2023 Antarctic season and our 2023-2024 Antarctic season is already selling well with several departures almost at capacity,” said Lisa Bertini, vice president of sales, North America, Aurora Expeditions. “Our 24/25 Antarctic season is looking like our most adventurous yet.”
New for the 2024–2025 season, the In Shackleton’s Footsteps itinerary is a 20-day adventure retracing the historic voyage of the Endurance. The sailing brings travelers into the Weddell Sea to Elephant Island and continues across the Scotia Sea to South Georgia. The voyage takes place March 16–April 4, 2025.

Another first for Aurora Expeditions, the company visits the Chilean Fjords on two itineraries: the 14-day Antarctic Explorer (March 1–15, 2025) and the 13-day Spirit of Antarctica (March 13–25, 2025). The 2024 Spirit of Antarctica sailing is a dedicated photographic voyage where guests learn photography tips through lectures and off-ship exploring with professional photographers.
