Luxury cruise brand Cunard Line announced its April–December 2019 program, including the current fleet’s first-ever Northern Lights voyage, a 14-night trans-Atlantic crossing, a Panama Canal transit and the fleet’s first visit in more than 20 years to Alaska.

The Cunard fleet will call at 78 destinations in 25 different countries in 2019, with 16 overnight stays in some of the world’s most desirable destinations.

In response to customer requests, the cruise line will offer even more variety and options to its itineraries and onboard offerings.

Key voyage highlights include:

• Cunard’s first Northern Lights voyage in October on Queen Elizabeth, where guests can witness the phenomenon in ports including Narvik and Tromsø in Norway
• Queen Mary 2 will sail 22 trans-Atlantic crossings, including a 14-night voyage with calls in Iceland and Canada.
• Queen Elizabeth will undertake her first-ever Alaskan voyage, crossing the North Pacific and Gulf of Alaska en route to Vancouver.
• Twenty-eight round-trip Southampton cruises will start and finish in the United Kingdom, visiting the Mediterranean, Atlantic Islands, Western Europe and Northern Europe.

The cruise line will also re-introduce a series of old favorite destinations including the Lofoten Islands, Norway; Panama City; Los Angeles; and Basseterre, St. Kitts.
