Cordis Hangzhou, Sci-Tech City opened, joining sister properties in Shanghai, Beijing, Dongqian Lake, Hong Kong and Auckland. Located in Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, the luxury hotel features 186 rooms and suites, three restaurants and bar, a 24-hour gym and a range of meeting and event spaces. It is also nearby a subway station.
“Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang, is not only renowned for its beautiful scenery, rich history and cultural significance, making it a prime tourist destination, it also plays a key role in economic growth and development in science and education in China,” said Stefan Leser, chief executive officer, Langham Hospitality Group.
Artwork is prominently displayed in the hotel. All rooms boat floor-to-ceiling windows and the signature Dream Bed. Ming Court, the signature restaurant, serves authentic Cantonese and local cuisine, while Cordis Market is an all-day dining restaurant with a cook-to-order interactive buffet experience. The Bar offers bar snacks and finger food alongside wines and crafted cocktails. A curated Cordis Kids program is designed for traveling families.
