With an effort to redefine the brand’s hospitality efforts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts is launching its new all-inclusive initiative, Stay Inspired. The new brand inspiration emphasizes the destination surrounding each property and creates a more personalized and interesting experience for guests. Each property also will now offer curated experiences, which can be booked through the Conrad Concierge mobile app or through StayInspired.com. Experience packages come in one-, three- and five-hour options and are now being referred to as Conrad 1/3/5 itineraries.
Nilou Motamed, director of inspiration, Conrad, visited the brand’s global properties to create the current available experiences, which are meant to compliment what the brand feels each modern traveler wants and needs, which is an easy way to combine work, real life and leisure while traveling. The experiences focus on the local food, shopping, art and more found in that particular destination.
“Guests want to use whatever free time they have while traveling to discover something new. They want to find those hidden gems that are off the beaten path and that can’t be found in the pages of a guidebook,” said Motamed. “This collection called the Conrad 1/3/5 curates content and experiences in a way that aligns with the way our guests live their lives.”
“Today’s luxury traveler wants to discover destinations where they can be truly inspired. So we are shifting how not only our concierges communicate and connect with our guests, but all of our team members. Through our partnership with Nilou, we have trained our team members and empowered them to make thoughtful recommendations within our destinations, stepping away from the standard transactional relationship between a concierge and a guest. We have become more like storytellers,” said, John T.A. Vanderslice, global head, Conrad Hotels & Resorts.

Oct 7, 2026Review: Prestige Oceanfront Resort
Vancouver Island gets progressively wilder as you leave Victoria behind and follow the coastline west. By the time you reach Sooke, about 45 minutes from the provincial capital, city blocks have surrendered to forests, rocky shoreline, sheltered coves and long views across the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Prestige Oceanfront Resort rises directly above Sooke Harbour, where boats move across the basin, and the Olympic Mountains form the horizon beyond the strait.

Frequent-flyer programs have been around for years — now-defunct Texas International Airlines was the first airline to offer loyal customers a benefits program, in 1979 — but they have only grown more convoluted with the passage of time. With points, status, partnerships, bonuses, and the ongoing question of whether they are actually worth your time and effort, it’s hard to keep track of all the moving parts.
