Trendy, clean, modern and inviting are the words that crossed my mind when first entering Condado Ocean Club in Condado, Puerto Rico. The lobby was stunning with large windows that illuminated the white and blue lobby with pops of bright yellow. Two minimal desks housing friendly staff made the check-in process easy. The hotel required our vaccination cards. Everyone staying at the hotel must show proof of vaccination and wear a mask when in common areas.

We were assigned room 301. Opening the door, our eyes were met with large windows that framed the beautiful ocean view. To save on energy, the room requires a room key to be inserted into a device that keeps the lights on to ensure no energy is wasted when guests leave the hotel. The room is bright and modern with hues of beige and clean lines of white. Furniture in the room was functional, with a bedframe that extended into a sitting area with a small table and a free-standing armoire bar complete with a mini fridge. Rooms on the third floor and facing the ocean have private balconies with two lounge chairs and a hanging basket chair. The room at this boutique hotel was my favorite aesthetically while visiting Puerto Rico. It felt young, fun and trendy.

We ventured to the pool area, but made a pit stop at the small shop to see what was in stock. The store had cute apparel, unique hand bags and souvenirs. To get to the pool, we passed by a lobby bar and lounge area, then through a revolving door. An outside bar welcomes guests to the right with plenty of chairs for guests to relax in the sun or in the shade. The infinity pool was warm and gave just the right amount of room for guests staying at the hotel.

I recommend staying at Condado Ocean Club on your next visit to Puerto Rico for a relaxing stay with beautiful views. Perfect for a honeymoon, bachelorette or romantic getaway, this hotel will not disappoint.
