A new hospitality firm out of California, Casetta Group is introducing its portfolio with the debut of three boutique hotels all set for a 2020 opening.
The properties are The Pearl Hotel in San Diego, Casa Cody in Palm Springs and Marina Resort in Big Bear. The brand’s signature is revitalized small hotels by way of elevated design and guest services.
Each hotel is receiving a property-wide renovation ahead of openings in 2020, and introducing new dining concepts. By the end of 2020, the management firm will operate 94 rooms with a goal of expanding by two properties each year.
The Pearl was originally built in the ‘60s. The 23-room property features Mid-Century architecture and a market-driven restaurant Charles + Dinorah, after the hotel’s original owners.
Casa Cody was founded in the 1920s and features 30 rooms. Renovations are expected to finish next spring.
Marina Resort opened in 1969 and is the only waterfront hotel on Big Bear Lake. This 40-room hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, including lobby upgrades, guestrooms, and pool and spa improvements.
