Active Yoga consists of a 60-minute movement class combining traditional yoga and guided mindfulness prompts. Participants focus on flowing movements and intentional breathing. Rates are $30–42. Class size is capped at 20 participants. The unique Animal Flow experience encourages participants to activate their muscles utilizing freeing ergonomic positions.
