I recently attended an event showcasing Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts’ Vitality Program.

Held at Elevated Acre in lower Manhattan, stations were set throughout the space to demonstrate the various aspects of the program.

Vitality is a philosophy and a program, focusing on your overall well-being and quality of life. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing glass of pomegranate juice. I then made my way to the station highlighting Vitality’s cuisine.

Breakfast, midday and snack items were up for grabs. I tried a kale and pineapple smoothie, mango chia pudding and a chocolate macaroon — all equally delicious. Items like these are available for leisure guests and during meetings.

Next, I visited the yoga station to take part in a mini session. All of the moves we did could be done in the comfort of your own room or during meeting breakout sessions. A guide of yoga and Pilates instructions are available in guestrooms. Items like stretching bands can be delivered to your room at no charge. Guests can also employ printed maps with detailed jogging and walking routes, highlighting local attractions.

The Vitality program is ideal for meetings. In addition to the wellness-minded food and beverage selections, meeting attendees participate in breaks complete with stretching and yoga.

I left the Vitality event feeling relaxed, recharged and excited to try the program at a Swissôtel property in the future!
