As travel continues its rebound, travel brands are still finding ways to be creative and stay ahead of the curve. One recent unique offering I read about it comes courtesy of Riggs, Washington, D.C.

We all know speaking in front of a large group — even if it is full of family or coworkers — can bring on a certain amount of jitters. With that in mind, Riggs, Washington, D.C. appointed its first choreographer in residence and speechwriter in residence. The experts will be available to assist Riggs guests in preparing for important events.

Dan Roberge, choreographer in residence, will work with couples for an agreed upon number of sessions to choreograph a beautiful first dance. Roberge is a company dancer with The Washington Ballet. Originally from Australia, he previously performed at the White House in 2010, and has performed choreographic works by dance greats.

Jacob Maccoby’s speechwriting services are available to those giving a prepared toast at wedding festivities or for guests presenting in one of the hotel’s meeting spaces.
