One of Beverly Hills’ most well-known hotels just unveiled a massive renovation to be completed later this year.

The Beverly Hilton’s $35 million, top-to-bottom renovation is scheduled to be completed in April of this year. The transformation encompasses all 566 guestrooms, event spaces, meeting rooms and all of the hotel’s public spaces, including its lobby and signature restaurant CIRCA 55.

The hotel originally opened in 1955. Since then, it has been a part of the neighborhood’s social fabric. Now, the new renovation will bring modern comfort and sophistication to the 65-year-old property. Furnishings, flooring, walls and in-room technology offerings all get overhauled.

Guestrooms now come in three different types, each offering guests different experiences, from the Oasis Building, which focuses on proximity to the secluded pool, to the luxurious Presidential Suite.  In an effort to reduce its environmental footprint, the hotel is taking green steps, including the elimination of single-use amenities.

The hotel’s signature approach to hospitality will remain through the renovation. The new look and feel debuts in April.
