Austin Proper Hotel and Residences, referring to the actual city limits, is a new Texas property set to welcome guests Jan. 15, 2020.
The redesigned hotel’s number of notable features, including interior design honoring local history, new dining concepts and a full-service spa, are just a few of the reasons to visit.
The space features 244 guestrooms and 99 residences. Dining concepts were conceived by Austin locals, ensuring guests always have a taste of regional cuisine during their stay.
As far as amenities are concerned, the hotel offers two swimming pools, a full-service fitness center and nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space. The two swimming pools overlook the Austin skyline with dining options, including a poolside Mexican eatery offering a relaxing opportunity for guests to enjoy the view and sunshine.
The property is designed by Kelly Wearstler and pays homage to the surrounding neighborhoods’ history in the color motifs and themes.
