Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel recently debuted in a revitalized 19th-century architectural jewel on Nice’s boardwalk, overlooking Promenade des Anglais following a two-year renovation. The property features 151 guestrooms, with 38 of them suites; an Anantara Spa; meeting space and a ballroom; and a rooftop restaurant and bar with 360-degree panoramic views.

Guestrooms and suites boast signature Anantara touches, like marble-clad interiors, pastel tones, rich Mediterranean textures, sea or garden views and subtle touches of wood and gold. The 581-square-foot Baie des Anges Signature Suite includes a living area, kitchenette and panoramic terrace, while the 807-square-foot Presidential Suite, on the fifth floor, delivers an even grander experience.

SEEN by Olivier, the signature restaurant on the rooftop, serves contemporary Mediterranean fare crafted by Portuguese chef-entrepreneur Olivier da Costa, who also owns eateries in Lisbon, São Paulo and Bangkok. Incredible views blend with the imaginative gastronomy. The other on-site culinary space is caviar and Champagne lounge Les Colonnades, which also serves Afternoon Tea à la Niçoise.
