American Express recently announced plans to debut a new Centurion Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, set to open in Concourse E in 2026. Eligible card members will have access to more than 1,400 lounges worldwide, including 29 Centurion Lounges.
“We are proud to welcome American Express as the first global credit card company that will open a proprietary lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol with an iconic Centurion Lounge,” said Dave Stroop, manager of Terminal Development, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. “We’ve worked hard with the team at American Express to reach this milestone and are thrilled to bring to life what promises to be valuable addition to our airport offerings. With its focus on comfort, premium amenities, and exceptional service, we’re confident the Centurion Lounge will elevate the travel experience for eligible Card Members and attract both returning and new airport travelers alike.”
Spanning nearly 6,000 square feet, the Centurion Lounge at AMS will feature a coffee bar; a palette of blues, greens and earthy tones inspired by the city’s famous waterways; locally inspired food and beverage menus; dedicated workstations, USB ports and power outlets near every seat, high-speed WiFi and multiple seating zones; and more.
