American Airlines works with Zoës Kitchen on new food-for-sale items for travelers in the main cabin. The menu offers lighter, healthier options.

The menu has unique items and some signature dishes found in Zoës restaurants, including the hummus and The Gruben sandwich. The items will be available on most domestic flights longer than three hours, beginning Dec. 1.

This collaboration with the expert chefs at Zoës provides an innovative, fresh approach to onboard offerings.”

New items include a breakfast sandwich, continental breakfast box and chicken wrap.
