Look out Trump Tower, a new luxury penthouse is in town. The Crown Building, located in one of the most expensive and highly sought-after locations in Manhattan at the corner of 5th Avenue and 57th Street, undergoes a condo and hotel conversion by luxury hotel group Aman Resorts.
The Russian-developed hotel group transformed the space into an 83-room ,ultra-luxury hotel; 19 condos priced $5.9 million to a staggering $58 million; and a five-story penthouse estimated to list north of $100 million.
The penthouse, the crown jewel of the building, will include 14,000 square feet of space boasting a show kitchen, piano lounge, two swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor), a full-floor master suite in addition to four other bedrooms and more.
Residents will have access to all hotel amenities including a three-story spa, member’s club, jazz club, cigar bar, a “wine library” and several fine dining choices. Also available to residents will be the hotel’s famously discreet staff available at residents’ convenience for a multitude of services.
