Starwood Hotels & Resorts is bringing its Aloft brand to Peru, with two properties scheduled to arrive in Lima in 2018. Aloft Lima Miraflores and Aloft Lima Costa Verde will both be located in the city’s Miraflores neighborhood.

Aloft made its first debut in Latin America with the Aloft Bogota Airport in 2011, and the brand saw much success with its tech-savvy, contemporary design appealing to millennials, business travelers and stylish leisure travelers. Starwood expects to double the brand’s footprint in Latin America, with currently six hotels in operation and six more in the pipeline.

The Aloft Lima Costa Verde will be an oceanfront property with 160 guestrooms in a loft-like style, while the Aloft Lima Miraflores will be in the heart of neighborhood, with 164 guestrooms, meetings and events space and attached shops and dining. Each room at both properties will feature SPG Keyless entry and fast, complimentary WiFi. The Live At Loft Hotels program will also make an appearance at the properties, and each will have the brand’s signature WXYZ bar, Re:fuel café, Re:charge fitness center and Splash pool.

Currently, Aloft is Starwood’s fastest growing brand with 100 hotels open and the company’s second largest pipeline.
