Aer Lingus will fly a new trans-Atlantic route from Dublin (DUB) to Seattle (SEA), its 13th North American destination.
The service will operate four times a week beginning May 18, 2018. It will be the first-ever direct flight from Dublin to Seattle.
Aer Lingus says connections will be available from 12 U.K. cities and a total of 24 cities across Europe, with fares starting from £259 each way from the U.K. when booked as a return ticket.
The route will fly Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, departing Dublin at 3:50 p.m., arriving in Seattle at 5:35 p.m., with the return leg leaving the U.S. city at 7:20 p.m., and landing in the Irish capital at 12:35 p.m. the following day.
The Seattle service is the company’s sixth trans-Atlantic route since 2015. The airline also recently added a Philadelphia (PHL) route.
