Ace Hotels, the super-hip chain with locations in Portland, Ore., and New York, is headed to New Orleans. The brand will open its new location inside a 1920s Art Deco building on Carondelet Street, where formerly the Max Bennett Furniture Company lived.

The boutique hotel will have 234 rooms along with a restaurant, bar and rooftop swimming pool. The hotel will also retain the building’s original Art Deco detailing, and the brand’s signature lobby hangout spaces. Stumptown Coffee will also open its 10^th store.

The Ace Hotel is already taking reservations for bookings beginning March 14. Prices run at $189 per night for a medium room with a king- or queen-sized bed, while the double doubles with two double beds run $209 per night. They’ve also launched packages for Jazz Fest, which takes place April 22 through May 1. Medium rooms will be discounted to $169 and suites, complete with turntables and acoustic guitars, will be $899 per night.

The Ace Hotel also expanded to Pittsburgh, with a 63-room hotel inside a 100-year-old YMCA building.
