La Maviglia debuts in Puglia, Italy, in 2027, bringing the beauty of the Italian coastline together with an unprecedented level of bespoke hospitality. The 202-hectare olive orchard landscape sits near some of the most picturesque beaches on the peninsula. The opening of the hotel will also coincide with the debut of the world-class La Maviglia Golf Course, which will integrate cultural touchstones dating back to the 16th and 18th centuries such as olive vineyards and ancient water features.

La Maviglia will be a suites-only property with 70 individual suites in addition to a 20-room hotel integrated in the La Maviglia golf complex, complete with a selection of 35 villas. The property will also be home to four chef-driven culinary outlets and a signature, 53,819-square-foot wellness and medical spa.
Sustainability is at the core of the property’s design, upholding the highest standards in organic vegetable farming, olive oil manufacturing, wine production and renewable energy.

Guests will have convenient access to the municipality of Maruggio, where they can explore the 12th-century Castello dei Commendatori, the famed Masseria Maviglia and the Monaco Mirante coastline.
The property lies near Bari International Airport and Brindisi Airport.
